But further out but you pay for what you get!

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights while visiting Chicago. The hotel wasn’t anything fancy but suited our needs perfectly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I was also able to check in early after arriving on an early international flight which I really appreciated! It’s a bit further out from the main sights (approx 20 min walk to the Bean/Millenium Park) but that also meant it was quieter, which we appreciated. The staff were also helpful in giving restaurant recommendations - Lou Malnati’s was a great tip! We would definitely stay here again if returning to the city

BW Grant Park

This hotel has a great location and friendly staff however the rooms are old and outdated.The guest rooms and hallways need work. The carpets were old and need replacing. The bathroom was updated and nice

Best Western Grant Park Hotel, Chicago, Illinois

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location to everything we had planned to do. Would stay here again without a doubt. We arrived very late due to our flight being delayed for five hours. We were tired and hungry. The night auditor and his co worker could not do enough for us. Our rooms were ready and they were great. In the morning we found that everything was within walking distance to where we needed to find the train, bus stores and restaurants. There was room construction going on one of the days, but that did not bother our stay in the least

Good stay

I found this hotel to be cheaper than most in the area I was looking, it was clean though room needs a little TLC, bed was comfy, only negative no fridge in room which I believe should be a given especially if providing Coffee/Tea etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did notice the lift took a long time for some reason, you could get breakfast next door, I recommen
