If you're only using ...

If you're only using this hotel for sleep, and not going to be in your room for more than a few hours, this hotel is great value. For the price, the location is wonderful and close to a lot of Chicago tourist attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were sufficiently clean, not spotless. If you're looking for something with more amenities, updated interior, deep cleanliness, this is not the place. You will have to pay more at a more upscale hotel. One of my complaints would be that the elevator was quite slow; only one was in service, serving 9 floors and dozens of people.

We had an amazing ...

We had an amazing stay! Front desk was very helpful.Breakfast bar was really good. Me and my kids had a really good time visiting Chicago

Receptionists both greeted us ...

Receptionists both greeted us warmly. Esmeralda helped us check-in and immediately gave us useful tips about the area restaurants, etc. The room is clean and comfortable. I was impressed there wasn't much noise. I only recall noticing a truck banging a dumpster one morning. Marked off a star because of breakfast. The cereal is cereal bars, and the fruit was pretty bruised.
