The thing that really ...

The thing that really stuck out to me was that the staff would hold open the door for you if they were there. Not something I expect from a Best Western. There were a couple of small issues with the room, but nothing too bad and there was a card in the room that we could record issues on.

Hotel itself it's old. ...

Hotel itself it's old. And the electric has some issues, also cleaning is not their forte. I honestly think the best thing about this place is the location.

Very good option for ...

Very good option for an affordable hotel downtown near the museum campus and many other locations. It is slightly outdated but rooms were clean and location is excellent.

Great place to stay. ...

Great place to stay. Not "fancy" but clean and quiet. Great location. Only thing negative is parking at facility is kinda pricey, but rooms are pretty cheap for location. Great job!
