Cons: -The main door and ...

Cons: -The main door and toilet door were broken a little bit here and there (in front & at the back, see attached photos). -The room and toilet looked quite dated and a bit dark. -Late check-out was not allowed. Pros: -comfy bed, not too hard and not too soft. - The young maintainance guy was helpful and tried his best to fix the problem in our room. - shower gel, shampoo & conditioner are included. - Good location with nice restaurants around, opposite to Grant Park, 15min ride to train station, etc. - the hotel has concierge area to keep luggage.

The customer service was ...

The customer service was Great!!! The room inside it was kind of smelly But the location is amazing... Love the staff, customer services is amazing... Wish the hotel had some room service!!! Overall great location and great service!!!

The room is bare ...

The room is bare bones but has a fridge. Spare pieces of furniture. Several squishy pillows and the bed is comfortable enough. More TV stations were desired. Great location across the street from Grant Park, a few blocks from Millennium Park. Accommodating staff.

I have stayed here ...

I have stayed here 2 X this summer and both time was treated wonderfully. Very nice rooms . Very close to all the sites. I thank you for such a wonderful experience in Chicago. The staff seem to make you feel like family. I will be back. 👍🖒
