Overall, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a fancy downtown hotel this is not it. I would say however this is a great hotel for the price. The location is near all forms of public transportation. Grant Park and the museum campus are right across the road and easily walkable. There is also a variety of resturaunts, Trader Joes and a Walgreens within a shot walk. You can walk to the city center but it is a hike. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were told at check in that there would be no housekeeping, which was ok because we were only there for 2 nights. There was a microwave and small fridge in our room. The hotel stored our lugage for us on our arrival day as our room wasn't ready yet and we wanted to explore. Breakfast was a grab and go. There were juice containers, coffee, and a variety of granola/cereal bars, muffins and fruit. Nothing fancy, but it worked great for our family.

Elevators were a little small. Great clean rooms, couldn't control the heat very well. But thankfully it was too warm and motivated too cold. Great staff and nice little breakfast

객실이 깨끗하고, 방청소도 열심히 해주었어요. 간단히 무료로 제공하는 아침도 좋았고, 특히 사과, 오렌지, 바나나가 매일나와서 좋았습니다. 위치는 시카고 여행하기 매우 편리하고, 주요 관광지에 접근성이 좋습니다. 사실 위치가 전부입니다. 냉장고가 없는방인줄 알았는데, 다행히 있는 방이 제공되어좋았어요. 샴푸린스등 어메니티는 별로라 근처 트조에서 따로 구입해서 썼습니다.
