Rooms were average; there ...

Rooms were average; there was some staining on the walls that I had noticed but the bedsheets and important things seemed cleaned. No street parking so I had to valet my rental car for $50 a night. Came in late from a flight and ate some dinner at the Mei restaurant which was really good (hot, fresh, and the staff was very accommodating). Staff at the hotel were friendly and communicative. Overall, not a bad stay for the night

Had a great stay ...

Had a great stay at Best Western Grant Park Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The atmosphere was relaxed and convenient, with a great location close to the park and museums. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with directions or local tips.

This place was pretty ...

This place was pretty great. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was great for the price of the room. It’s by the airport in a seemingly safe area. Definitely would book again.
