Great location - easy ...

Great location - easy to walk to several landmarks in Chicago and very close to the metro and bus stations. The hotel is under renovation and hopefully it will look much newer after it.

The hotel was nice! ...

The hotel was nice! It's in an awesome area of down town Chicago. Food and beautiful park, massage spot all within walking distance of the hotel, however the mattresses were total and complete TRASH. They have a deep sink in the in the middle. This made for sleepiness nights and they even changed our room and that mattress was horrible as well. I will not be staying at this location unless new mattresses after purchased.

Great experience. Hotel is ...

Great experience. Hotel is close proximity to many restaurants, stores and "things to do". We arrived to hotel very early and they were able to hold our luggage till check in so we werent lugging everything around till then. We returned a few hours later and the front desk manager (possibly), allowed us to check in, (Before 3pm) We were extremely exhausted from a early bird flight so we were very happy with this. Everyone we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. We had a great view from the room as well. Also on our last day they kept some frozen pizza we bought from Giordanos to take back to Texas, in the freezer until our departure. Thank you Best Western Grant Park for a nice experience all around.
