Great experience. Hotel is ...

Great experience. Hotel is close proximity to many restaurants, stores and "things to do". We arrived to hotel very early and they were able to hold our luggage till check in so we werent lugging everything around till then. We returned a few hours later and the front desk manager (possibly), allowed us to check in, (Before 3pm) We were extremely exhausted from a early bird flight so we were very happy with this. Everyone we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. We had a great view from the room as well. Also on our last day they kept some frozen pizza we bought from Giordanos to take back to Texas, in the freezer until our departure. Thank you Best Western Grant Park for a nice experience all around.

The room was great, ...

The room was great, especially the beds. It was very clean. Marcus and Octavio, the Property Manager were very helpful and resourceful. The bathroom shower roof could use some repair, caused due to previous water leakage. The towel rod came off multiple times and Mr. Octavio was very prompt to repair it upon reporting the issue. It would also be very helpful, if you could provide more cream in the room for the coffee machine. It was never enough or not even available on multiple days during our stay. It even took almost 45 minutes for a person to deliver it in the room after I requested Mr. Marcus, the same.
