Great stay in Chicago!

My son and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel on our recent trip to Chicago. Yes, the hotel shows its age a bit, but our room was very clean and housekeeping was reliable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was its biggest selling point. We were able to walk to the Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and Adler Planetarium and it was a short drive to the Museum of Science and Industry. (On a side note, I highly recommend getting the City Pass if you plan to go to all these museums). It was also just a couple blocks from the Big Bus Chicago stop, so we were able to use that for transportation and sight seeing one day. We went to breakfast each morning at the Yolk restaurant next door which was tasty with quick service, and I also highly recommend the nearby Eleven Diner -- great atmosphere and food. Overall, a great stay
