Everything was amazing, the price was great and staff and room etc were all impecable..one complaint was the the room was freezing..my girlfriend actually caught a cold after day one she had a cough and runny nose and her body was aching …MoreEverything was amazing, the price was great and staff and room etc were all impecable..one complaint was the the room was freezing..my girlfriend actually caught a cold after day one she had a cough and runny nose and her body was aching all over because we slept through the night in the freezing conditions..there was a heater and we had it set to blow warm air and we turned it up to the highest setting..But it only blew cold air..after the first night we mentioned it to reception and she said the the coil could be gone inside the heater so she would send somebody to fix it..when we got back that night it was working fine so they handeled it very well..that was the only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars..everything else was amazing and I would highly recommend tbis hotel..The number 3 bus stopd directly accross the streer and it takes you downtown in like 10 minutes so the location was top notch.
