Your team is absolutely ...

Your team is absolutely amazing. Some repairs and upgrades need to be made on this location, the windows are paper thin and the heaters were noisy, the one in my room was broken but an colleague of mine had the same problem in a different room at the same time. The Restaurant wasn't open at all really which was very disappointing, especially as I was here on business and in and out of the hotel to find food. I hope to see some growth in the future and am unlikely to stay again until there are some upgrades.

Very helpful staff! Only ...

Very helpful staff! Only two blocks from the Orange line of CTA! Across the street from Museum park. Great view of Lake Michigan, Navy Pier, and the Aquarium!

Great location. But the ...

Great location. But the windows in our lake view room needed cleaned really badly. There was pigeon poop all over them.
