I LOVE this hotel. ...

I LOVE this hotel. Our stay (5-9 Jan) was for the purpose of working + side leisure. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t get a better rating. 10/10 for me. Nothing is wrong with the bedding or elevator (as I see from the bad reviews). Amenities are great, besides coffee, free apples, etc, they even have a freaking printer. No better words can describe this. Even the location with bakery and resto right downstairs? Both of then are actually so delicious. I find nothing wrong. I am just thankful I don’t listen to the bad reviews. The hotel, the resto and baker, are all located in front of the bus stop. They open late as well, so you don’t have to go outside when it’s -10 or -20. What a great plus! The reception (big tall guy, long hair, sometimes in a ponytail) and the housekeeping department deserve an award. All are super friendly, always greet us, they care extra as well, I am not gonna name all things, but they always know what we need, down to little things as soaps. The manager on duty I noticed, was Jason. I just want to say thank you very much, you had a great team! The hotel felt so fancy. Even down to the toilet paper with the stamp, whose idea was that? Fantastic! Several suggestions to make it better, to Jason: - In my room, the bathroom door didn’t have a stop, so sometimes it knocked on the wall/ceiling. I saw a chip there already. We are gentle people so we open lightly, but I fear others won’t. I believe people have the tendency to destroy things that aren’t theirs. Maybe you could put a door stop on top? - I saw the suggestion note on the table, which was really nice. Perhaps you could provide a pen with it, to be more convenient for other guests. I had a pen with me cos I was going to work, but others.. maybe not. All in all, freaking awesome hotel. 10/10 would stay again!

Albergo è davvero in ...

Albergo è davvero in ottima posizione, camere nella norma. Peccato che abbiano venduto il soggiorno con colazione compresa mentre in realtà non la offrono, il che obbliga a spendere 20$ a testa per fare colazione nel ristorante collegato.

A pretty nice hotel. ...

A pretty nice hotel. Affordable, clean, and quiet when I visited. Also there are alot of shops around included Trader Joe's, Dollop coffee shop, and several restaurants. I paid $70 a night. The complaints i have are that my room had a draft so it was cold in one part and warm in the other. The iron didn't work. The gym had broken and janky equipment. The rooms have no microwave only a mini fridge. You have to go downstairs to the lobby for the one microwave. They have a fruit infused water at reception and sometimes a snack bowl like apples or bars. And the room i got had a beautiful view and the setup was nice. You also get a 10% discount for the French cafe downstairs which is delicious.
