We stayed at Best ...

We stayed at Best Western Grant Park for two nights. The front desk service was excellent and the staff seem genuinely willing to help. The location is great and rooms are comfortable and updated. Definitely would recommend this hotel, especially for those folks visiting and participating in typical tourist activities in Chicago

I stayed here while ...

I stayed here while at a conference. It was less than 2 miles from pretty much anywhere we wanted to go and was an easy walk. The room was old but clean. The walls are a little thin and we did get some street noise but just bring earplugs or have an active day in Chicago and you’ll have no problem getting to sleep. The staff was very friendly and I felt safe staying here. The prices were more reasonable than other places and we had a great view of Grant Park and the city skyline. We even slept with the shades open to make the most of our view.

Location was great, right ...

Location was great, right near Field Museum. Service and room id also great.
