Location location location. Isaac was great. All staff was 5 star service. Rooms and upholstery looking a little shabby. Hobos outside harassed me twice.

This is one of ...

This is one of the most comfortable place to stay. The room was very clean and cozy. Was hoping there'd be a refrigerator but managed. The restaurant gas great food and awesome staff. The kication was just right. Walking distance from Gino's East Pizza, 360 observation deck, and Ma's kareoke bar. The door man, Wallace, is a great asset to this Best Western. He will be a big reason why I'll be booking again. Great guy to talk to and ask question with the right answers.

Location is great, between ...

Location is great, between Museum Field & Soldier Field to south and Navy Pier & downtown area to north. Hotel is ok, staff rather uncaring, not very helpful or willing to help. Nothing fancy about rooms or hotel in general. You are paying for the location, not the hotel.

Very basic hotel room, ...

Very basic hotel room, a bit outdated, a bit dull. No bells and whistles really. BUT it was very clean. If you are a light sleeper just bring some ear plugs as you can hear neighbouring doors closing/slamming. Rooms have a little fridge, a safe, single use amenities in the bathroom. I stayed recently as I want to the Beyoncé concerts at Soldier Field. Its the perfect location for that a quick walk over, no waiting for cabs or paying for those bicycle guys. Breakfast spots near by and walking distance to many popular tourist spots
