In-room microwaves are requested. Upon arrival, I discovered a partially consumed bottle of water in the room, raising a minor concern regarding the thoroughness of housekeeping. Despite this, my stay was otherwise exceptional. The hotel's location was ideal, as evidenced by my participation in a 5k run in Grant Park.

Five star experience! We ...

Five star experience! We are Best Western Rewards Members and I have never been treated so well! My front desk experience was outstanding. I was upgraded upon arrival (without asking) and accommodated when I needed to extend my stay. Valet parking was great and the attendant was always quick and so very courteous. Breakfast at Mei's was lovely and the coupon at check-in was very appreciated. The bakery was also helpful when we needed a quick snack a couple of times. The hotel is very convenient to many attractions. Our room was spectacular with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and the park. There were many restaurants near by and even a Trader Joe's not far away. Overall, just a wonderful visit!
