You are paying for ...

You are paying for location at this best western. That's about it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequate and clean except for the four cockroaches I saw, I smooshed three of them. Water pressure in shower was good. Hot water was mediocre. This hotel was near the venue for our concert, that and I am a best western rewards member are the reason we stayed. Probably opt for another best western in town next time, we've stayed at two others and liked them better. Not horrible, but not great. 2 1/2 or 3 stars out of five.

Friendly service and the ...

Friendly service and the room was clean but no parking. Paid Parking is about a block away but not bad. Will stay here again if visiting this part of Chicago.

L’hôtel est très bien ...

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans Chicago. Proche du métro et de plusieurs bus et aussi proche des lieux d’intérêts à pieds. Le quartier est plutôt safe et peu bruyant comparé au reste du Loop. Le personnel est gentil et répondra avec plaisir à vos questions. La chambre est grande et le lit est grand et agréable. Cependant, pour un séjour de 8 nuits, le ménage n’a été fait que 1 seul fois. De plus, le système de Clim et chauffage n’est pas au point. Le petit déjeuner était restreint et servi au lobby car le restaurant était en travaux durant mon séjour. Même si à l’époque de ma réservation c’était l’hôtel le mieux placé et le moins cher, le ménage devrait être fait au moins un jour sur deux. A part cela, si vous avez un petit budget, je vous conseille cet hôtel car le confort est malgré tout correct et la localisation est vraiment bien.

Dem Hotel merkt man ...

Dem Hotel merkt man einen Renovierungsstau erheblich an. Die Lärmdämmung zur Straße aber auch den Nebenwirkungen und Glur ist mangelhaft.
