3 of us stayed ...

3 of us stayed here for two nights. We were attending a concert at United Center. Parking is valet only - you hand your keys to the front desk and they will park your car somewhere else. Our hotel room at a leaky toilet, coming from the bottom. I called the front desk and informed them. There maintainer responded within minutes and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. No extra charges for work, no need to move rooms. The hotel is in a great location overall if you're looking to be downtown near tourists spots. About 20 minute drive to United Center. Would come here again. Felt fairly priced for the service we received.

This is really a ...

This is really a 2 star hotel, with a hostel feel, but service was good and location was good. Rooms are drafty, so in the dead of winter it was a little chilly. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was exceptional, even on the 9th floor.
