Outdated rooms and terrible ...

Outdated rooms and terrible mattresses.coils make a noise when moving. Our air-conditioning leaked for 3 days!!! Although reported we had to walk around on soggy carpets. Location good

The room and lobby ...

The room and lobby did not look as good as in the pictures advertised by the hotel. The room was a bit older looking and the bathroom shower rod was broken and not well fixed. This led to water getting onto the bathroom floor as the curtain kept sliding down and wouldn’t stay fully closed. I probably wouldn’t book this place again. However, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

My stay was great ...

My stay was great , however my bed was terribly uncomfortable. My son had the same problem with his bed. I remember waking up three times because I was having back pain. Had to get pain reliever in the morning lol. All that aside the hotel was in walking distance to the places we were visiting, and the location was perfect.

El hotel tiene una ...

El hotel tiene una genial ubicación, frente a el se encuentra el Grant Park y a unos 10 minutos caminando la zona de Museos, planetario y acuario. A sólo 5 minutos está la estación de Metro Roosevelt que te servirá para ir al Downtown o Aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no realizan el aseo diariamente por la pandemia. Las camas son cómodas pero las almohadas muy delgadas. El hotel es algo antiguo y en algunas partes descuidado y sucio, pero es muy buena opción en relación precio/ubicación. Hay un mini super a media cuadra y varias opciones de comida en la calle aledaña.
