Wonderful stuff, but the ...

Wonderful stuff, but the facilities are old. My room was cold, had to keep the heat on all night.

Comfortable lower priced hotel ...

Comfortable lower priced hotel near Grant Park and downtown Chicago. Nice renovation of rooms and hallways and lobby. Breakfast in hotel available. Restaurants nearby are excellent as well. A few blocks walk to a grocery also.

Rooms are comfortable and ...

Rooms are comfortable and the construction/renovation from this summer was completed. I think if parking was included in the room rate instead of being an extra fee, I might have given it 5 stars. Staff was very friendly and very helpful in finding a great bite to eat on a limited budget.
