The hotel was nice, ...

The hotel was nice, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I got a room with a view of the park, which was clean and spacious. Overall my short stay in Chicago was even better, because of the hotel experience.

We were very pleased ...

We were very pleased with our 3 night stay with 2 small children. Location was perfect to walk to several places we wanted to visit. Room was clean and it was very relaxing to return each evening after a day in the city to a tidy fresh smelling room. Beds were comfortable. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only down fall was the hotel doesn't offer refrigerators and microwaves in all the room. There is a microwave in the loby to use. But with kids a refrigerator would have been a plus. Othereise no complaints and will definitely stay here again when we visit the windy city 😊..
