This is a pleasant ...

This is a pleasant and well-maintained property, and overall, it offers a comfortable stay. However, the current room configuration warrants reconsideration. Placing two queen-sized beds in such a limited space significantly reduces mobility and comfort. A layout better aligned with the room’s dimensions would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Rooms were average; there ...

Rooms were average; there was some staining on the walls that I had noticed but the bedsheets and important things seemed cleaned. No street parking so I had to valet my rental car for $50 a night. Came in late from a flight and ate some dinner at the Mei restaurant which was really good (hot, fresh, and the staff was very accommodating). Staff at the hotel were friendly and communicative. Overall, not a bad stay for the night

Solid hotel within an ...

Solid hotel within an easy distance of McCormick place. Great if you have a conference or trade show there. Loads of bars and restaurants within an easy walk of the hotel. Front desk staff was fast and efficient. Rooms are what you would expect at that price level and we’re very clean.

the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean but a little dated and the parking fee was a bit high
