I had to attend ...

I had to attend a conference and booked the hotel last moment. The location is amazing right in front of Grant Park and close to many nice restaurants. The rooms and AC are a little bit old, but the service is decent.

Very nice great view ...

Very nice great view close to Lakeshore drive. Great service.attendents were so sweet and kind. I would recommend this hotel .

i had 2 reservations ...

i had 2 reservations due to a small confusion with the online booking site i used (3rd party's fault). the desk lady was happy to help me figure out what room was gonna work the best for the price, she was also extremely helpful in answering questions I had about the parking situation around the hotel. Great location, easy to walk to multiple points of interest and public transport. Valet staff were always ready to take car and helpful in grabbing when called ahead a few minutes.
