Best Western Grant Park Hotel, Chicago, Illinois

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location to everything we had planned to do. Would stay here again without a doubt. We arrived very late due to our flight being delayed for five hours. We were tired and hungry. The night auditor and his co worker could not do enough for us. Our rooms were ready and they were great. In the morning we found that everything was within walking distance to where we needed to find the train, bus stores and restaurants. There was room construction going on one of the days, but that did not bother our stay in the least

Pontos positovos: Quarto limpo com mobiliario confortável. Bem localizado e com atendimento bom.Pontos negativos: Não há frigobar no quarto. Aparelho de ar quente um pouco barulhento. Há um barulho também de vez enquando, que não conseguiamos identificar de onde vinha, que parecia ao de uma maquina britadeira.Mas no geral foi um excelente custo x beneficio. Recomendo!

I stay at the ...

I stay at the BW Grant Park in Chicago because it's only a few blocks from the CTA train Roosevelt station and near the shuttle bus transportation for conferences at McCormick Center. The train from Midway airport to downtown only takes about a half hour. The fare is $3.00 - much better than a $60 cab ride that takes twice as long
