Tracey from front desk ...

Tracey from front desk is why my stay was excellent!! Please promote her to general manager!! She’s the definition of exceptional customer service means!! Every morning, she had a very bright smile on her face! It was contagious! It always made me smile regardless of my keys not working ever hour!! She answered all my questions abt different attractions and things to do! She really made my stay amazing! They hotel was very clean! Great location!!! Right behind Roosevelt train station! Highly recommend! All the staff was friendly and attentive! Thank you so much

We had no negative ...

We had no negative issues. Room was clean and safe. The view was cool of your not looking for "pretty" stuff. Staff we dealt with was pleasurable. Food and parking are close enough to walk. We walked around at night and had no problems. Will definitely stay here again.

The front staff was ...

The front staff was great and very helpful. The only issue I had was the loud noise people were making in the hallway at 1 in the morning. And this is out of the hotels control but the noise outside the hotels was loud. Great location to walk around and check the city out.
