Very happy with the ...

Very happy with the room and the staff were all very helpful. Tough time to visit Chicago with all the closing. Best Western staff had suggestions for our enjoyment.

Nice hotel! Perfect for ...

Nice hotel! Perfect for businesses or if your not really gonna be in your room. Something that I didn’t really like but it didn’t bother me was the fact that there was NO fridge and no microwave. It had no effect because I didn’t need it. Another thing is you can here the outside, I like listening to the city but other might perhaps like privacy. Nice room close to Shedd Aquarium and other attractions. I felt safe, me and my family like it. We are satisfied.

To Whom It May Concern: I would like , from the bottom of my heart, to offer my sincerest apologies for expressing mydiscontentment publicly, when I should have done it verbally with upper management on workdays. Mistakes are bound to happen and I am extremely satisfied that your staff members were able to correct them properly.Overall, my assessment is that your staff members were professionals with a good sense of camaraderie. You should be proud of all of them; that's why I have decided to delete my previous comment as I intend to stay in your property in the future and I will recommend anyone else interested in visiting Chicago.
