We had a great ...

We had a great stay here!! Finding parking was a bit difficult but once entering the hotel they had options available for guests. Front desk lady was very helpful and kind. Room was clean and smelled good. Our shower didn’t work but when we called front desk, someone was up within 5 minutes to fix it! Location was great, within walking distance of Millenium park, soldier field, and more. Hallways and elevators were a bit outdated but other than that we had a good stay and would recommend!

Not a bad hotel ...

Not a bad hotel on the budget, with my family we didn't go over ours. We were benefited from a free night and a free upgrade so that helped. I would still stay here, for the location being able to walk a lot of the places we wanted to go, and views were pretty solid, again for the price. The hotel could benefit from a deep clean/upgrades, but then the price would go up, not to mention it's Chicago, high traffic hotel, so I'll give grace. You can see the Willis and Navy Pier from the room if you get the right side. Would recommend more solo/buddy trips, but we did fine.

Camere pulite e hotel ...

Camere pulite e hotel ben posizionato, Fantastico il personale. Unica pecca le camere non sono perfettamente insonorizzate pertanto si sentono alcuni rumori provenienti dal esterno. Perfetto il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Great staff and very friendly. Also the hot breakfast in the morning is decent too.
