Un buen lugar donde quedarse para visitar Chicago. Nos gustó, apenas con lo necesario. El único lunar fue el pésimo servicio de los señores de recepción, qué pesar que la primera cara del hotel hacia el huésped sea tan negativa. Solo les interesa cargar el cobro de las noches pero para solucionar el más mínimo interés!!!

When we went to this hotel, 2 of the 3 elevators were working, and then on our last two days, all 3 were not working. We didn't even get a discount or any explanation of what happened. My family and I had to go up and down to the 9th floor several times, and the front staff didn't even care. I don't know what we would have done if one of us was handicapped or if we used crutches/canes because it would have been extremely difficult getting up and down the stairs. Also the cleaning staff was super kind. The photo is our view from our hotel room.

Great experience. Hotel is close proximity to many restaurants, stores and "things to do". We arrived to hotel very early and they were able to hold our luggage till check in so we werent lugging everything around till then. We returned a few hours later and the front desk manager (possibly), allowed us to check in, (Before 3pm) We were extremely exhausted from a early bird flight so we were very happy with this. Everyone we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. We had a great view from the room as well. Also on our last day they kept some frozen pizza we bought from Giordanos to take back to Texas, in the freezer until our departure. Thank you Best Western Grant Park for a nice experience all around.

Positives and negatives. Would return but just for a regular ol room. Got a 1 queen bed room with a view. Queen bed seemed more like a full lolol. I have a queen at home and yeah, no. Our "view" was building and building both sides of the window.. Noisiest hotel, beeping all through the night. Alarms, sirens, ECT ect. I didn't book the room, a friend did and I wanted to go with the 2 bed room, didn't care about a view but she insisted so that's what we went with because she wanted the view, I could care less. Paying for a view and it's not as advertised is just stupid. Hotel location is great. A lot of awesome food choices, cool places to see, art everywhere. I guess just being a more simple person, paying for extras that weren't necessarily all that extra special was not it. We went to a concert that weekend so we weren't at the hotel all that much so having a view didn't matter to me.. just principle of paying and not getting what you paid for. Staff was great, valet a bit expensive but depends on plans, if you need your car or not that day. Plenty of public parking garages/lots nearby. All in all it's an good hotel depending on your needs and what you're paying for. It wasn't a bad stay at all. If I would've booked it according to my basic needs and wants it prolly would've been better. Bottom line it's not Florida there is no view lolol.
