Clean, close to Soldier Field! Wonderful Staff! Restaurants close by and within walking distance of may sightseeing activities!! I always stay here

This hotel was absolutely ...

This hotel was absolutely amazing!! Very clean and no bed bugs! Staff were delightful and even called to check how our room was after we checked in. Construction could be abit noisy at around 8am but we were usually up around then anyway …MoreThis hotel was absolutely amazing!! Very clean and no bed bugs! Staff were delightful and even called to check how our room was after we checked in. Construction could be abit noisy at around 8am but we were usually up around then anyway and it is not the hotels fault. Despite reviews I was not disturbed by other sounds in the halls or through the walls and i am a light sleeper. Two things that wouldve made this five stars is a pool and complimentry breakfast like other best westerns. Other than that our room was perfect, cleaned extremely well daily, always stocked with new towels and shampoos. and I would not consider staying anywhere else but here if we come back to Chicago again
