You are paying for ...

You are paying for location at this best western. That's about it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequate and clean except for the four cockroaches I saw, I smooshed three of them. Water pressure in shower was good. Hot water was mediocre. This hotel was near the venue for our concert, that and I am a best western rewards member are the reason we stayed. Probably opt for another best western in town next time, we've stayed at two others and liked them better. Not horrible, but not great. 2 1/2 or 3 stars out of five.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. ...

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Prefect location for visiting museums. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because no one salted the sidewalk and I fell, so walking around wasn’t fun the next day.

Friendly service and the ...

Friendly service and the room was clean but no parking. Paid Parking is about a block away but not bad. Will stay here again if visiting this part of Chicago.
