I came to this ...

I came to this hotel for my buddy's birthday. We planned a whole weekend in Chicago. We're from Michigan. To our dismay, you are required to have your vaccination card to go to ANY restaurant or bar. We are vaccinated, but left our cards in Michigan. So our plans for his birthday are ruined. Had we known this, we would've brought our cards. I wish someone would've told us. But the hotel was very nice.

The location is the ...

The location is the best part of this hotel. No frills hotel. It’s right across from grant park. I got a room in the 9th floor but I could still hear the doors slam and cars passing by on the street the tv drowns out the noise but it’s a good thing to know if you’re a light sleeper.

We had a great ...

We had a great stay here!! Finding parking was a bit difficult but once entering the hotel they had options available for guests. Front desk lady was very helpful and kind. Room was clean and smelled good. Our shower didn’t work but when we called front desk, someone was up within 5 minutes to fix it! Location was great, within walking distance of Millenium park, soldier field, and more. Hallways and elevators were a bit outdated but other than that we had a good stay and would recommend!
