Decent price, great location ...

Decent price, great location a walk away from Shedd, planetarium, water taxi, rooms are a little shabby compared to the emaculate lobby area

Very nice helpful staff. ...

Very nice helpful staff. Great location if you are visiting Columbia College. Right across from Grant Park and the Field Museum. Soft beds. Don't choose this hotel if you have a back need a hard mattress

The hotel was comfortable ...

The hotel was comfortable and the amenities as well for the price. It is near downtown and not too far from the metro station. About 30 min walk from the Willis tower as well as Melenium park. Overall had a pleasant stay

Looks nice on the ...

Looks nice on the outside, online and the lobby but that’s it. Rooms are low quality... I was very surprised that the rooms did not align with the lobby what so ever. Rooms are ridiculously small. The best part of this place is location, location, location
