first trip

This was my first time to Chicago. It was a bit scary for me, first time in a big busy city. It was just the kids and I (7 and 9). First and foremost thank you very much Tracy for all the help before i even got there. Everyone there was amazing. Location was amazing. Room was clean. It was just what i needed for what we were doing. We were there for a few nights and the only time we saw the room was when we woke up or going to sleep. there is so much to do and we did something different everyday. the adjacent restaurant had some good food and the service was good. I really did come to Chicago not knowing what to expect, but i left with memories that the kids and i will have for years to come. i know that there will be more visits to Chicago in the future and i know that the Best Western Grant is where i will stay. Thank you again for an amazing first time......

The front staff was ...

The front staff was great and very helpful. The only issue I had was the loud noise people were making in the hallway at 1 in the morning. And this is out of the hotels control but the noise outside the hotels was loud. Great location to walk around and check the city out.

I just wanted to ...

I just wanted to stay longer but I couldn’t because my stay was short. I would definitely stay here again and I just want to say Esmeralda was great! She was friendly and it left like talking to an old friend. I hope to stay again - it was comfortable, clean, and overall quiet.
