For the price, this ...

For the price, this hotel is perfect. Cleanliness is acceptable, our room had nothing wrong with it at all. It didn’t have a microwave or mini fridge so don’t expect to eat in. The area is perfect though. Everything is within walking distance. The train is a five minute walk away so you could practically walk anywhere. We paid $36 for parking overnight at a local lot since this place only offers valet. Customer service was pretty good too. No complaints at all about this place. I paid $100 for the night and the area this hotel is located in was perfect.

I really enjoyed my ...

I really enjoyed my stay here. I loved my room and the staff were awesome. I would have given five stars but there are no mini fridges in the room. Overall I love it! I will be staying here again on my next vacation.

3 of us stayed ...

3 of us stayed here for two nights. We were attending a concert at United Center. Parking is valet only - you hand your keys to the front desk and they will park your car somewhere else. Our hotel room at a leaky toilet, coming from the bottom. I called the front desk and informed them. There maintainer responded within minutes and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. No extra charges for work, no need to move rooms. The hotel is in a great location overall if you're looking to be downtown near tourists spots. About 20 minute drive to United Center. Would come here again. Felt fairly priced for the service we received.
