Great hotel. Well maintained. ...

Great hotel. Well maintained. Bathroom really good, good water pressure, comfortable beds, great AC, noisy streets but it’s downtown… really good! Recommend 100%. Greatest staff, always ready to help. Breakfast until 9am. I got a room for 5 family members.

Alexis at the front ...

Alexis at the front desk at night is incredible! Going the extra mile to be helpful. He is a wonderful asset to the hotel. Convenient to Michigan and Grant Park across the street.

Good and affordable hotel ...

Good and affordable hotel to stay in Chicago - top location! It‘s not the newest building, i.e., you can hear the nearby downtown street racings, and not everything in your room is in perfect condition. Nonetheless, I can recommend it! (room 902 - queen size bed with great view)
