The website is out ...

The website is out of date. There is no bar or restaurant on site since last year, but there are several nearby. The location is excellent for the museum campus and the room was clean and comfortable.

We had no negative ...

We had no negative issues. Room was clean and safe. The view was cool of your not looking for "pretty" stuff. Staff we dealt with was pleasurable. Food and parking are close enough to walk. We walked around at night and had no problems. Will definitely stay here again.

Hot water pressure left ...

Hot water pressure left a lot to be desired. Pedro was super helpful.renovation limited breakfast options. Room seems like it needs a facelift. Pull out bed was adequate and king bed was comfortable. Elevators are tiny. Housekeeping deserves a raise they are courteous and helpful.

Booked a suite because ...

Booked a suite because we are a family of 4. The morning of the day we were to arrive I got a call stating that room isn’t available and we were asked if we could cancel or if we wanted to take a smaller room. Since we already pre paid for all the museums we settled for a smaller room. The room was fine but our neighbors were very noisy past 1am. Normally I wouldn’t have minded this but since we had our kids the constant smell of marijuana throughout the hotel was terrible. No one cleaned our room or brought us new towels. The towels we had were super thin you could see right through them. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. The beds were comfortable and the staff was kind. The rooms were affordable so I guess you get what you pay for.
