Très viellot, un peu ...

Très viellot, un peu bruyant (avenue Michigan), cet hôtel est néanmoins bien situé face au célèbre parc Millenium et non loin du centre ville. Cependant il lui faudrait un clair rafraichissement (système de clim bruyant, fenêtre peu isolante, déco démodée, moquette douteuse....) Bon point quand même pour le petit déjeuner

No breakfast only coffee ...

No breakfast only coffee in lobby and no room safe. Rooms are loud as single pane windows allow noise in from street and trains. Peeling ceiling over shower but rest of room and bath were clean. Daily Housekeeping. Nearby restaurants and a couple blocks from Roosevelt train station. Discount at Paris Baguette and Mei restaurant attached.

Your team is absolutely ...

Your team is absolutely amazing. Some repairs and upgrades need to be made on this location, the windows are paper thin and the heaters were noisy, the one in my room was broken but an colleague of mine had the same problem in a different room at the same time. The Restaurant wasn't open at all really which was very disappointing, especially as I was here on business and in and out of the hotel to find food. I hope to see some growth in the future and am unlikely to stay again until there are some upgrades.
