Location is great. Very ...

Location is great. Very close to all sorts of attractions. The room is sufficient. The staff are not friendly at all. Also consider your parking options, I had to find a parking garage down the street at $25/day. This is my first time in Chicago in since the early 90’s

Great location, and much ...

Great location, and much less expensive than other hotels in the area. Normally I would say you get what you pay for, and that is partially true here. However there are somethings that do exceed expectations. Their staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious for the price. Our bed was comfortable. A few things not so great - their elevators are tiny, there is no complimentary breakfast that you usually get at best western hotels, not sure about the floors below the 6th but floors 6-9 are very unlevel. As you walk down down the hallway it slopes up and down and the rooms are the same.

I stayed here in ...

I stayed here in the year 2000 and have just got round to the review! I had a good night sleep at the hotel. I went shopping on the Saturday and flew out later that day. I met a few people in surrounding areas and the locals were friendly to me and quite helpful. The airshow was on nearby and was v.good. Bit windy and wet at times but it was Chicago :)
