Me encantó mi estadía ...

Me encantó mi estadía en este hotel, para mi esposo y para mi fue perfecto! Nuestra habitación era perfecta con todo lo necesario, super limpia y con una vista espectacular... antes de llegar llame para hacer unas preguntas sobre mi hospedaje y me atendió Paola que fue super amable y cuando llegamos nos recibió Jeiline que a pesar de ser 1 de enero, fechas familiares, nos atendió de una manera súper profesional y amena! La verdad recomiendo este hotel y me encantaría resaltar la buena atención de todo su personal desde el sr que recibe las maletas, el personal del front desk hasta el personal de mantenimiento! Gracias por todo, Happy new year 🍾🥂

Sehr gut gelegen, Bus ...

Sehr gut gelegen, Bus direkt um die Ecke mit regelmäßigen häufigen Abfahrtszeiten, Bahn fußläufig erreichbar. Schöner Park mit Sitzmöglichkeiten am Wasser nah gelegen. Zimmer sauber und überraschend leise. Preis Leistung sehr gut.

Great location. Great room ...

Great location. Great room (#802) with a nice view of the city and the lake. Very handy location for my conference. Breakfast had some options but nothing hot which is understandable. Room was clean and bathroom remodeled (nice big shower). I did smell a faint smoke smell in the room. Would recommend this hotel. Right across from Grant Park and easy walking to lots of things on the southside of downtown Chicago.
