We stayed here for ...

We stayed here for two nights was very pleasant stay , sadly the first valet man was not the nicest , but we were happy to find Octavio the next evening and he was a very friendly and kind which is great customer service and gave a good representation of your establishment , thank you Octavio

Best service. I was greeted by Brenda , she was very welcoming and attentive to my experience in this hotel , great customer service My room had grant park view very spacious Location on point . Restaurant and coffee shops around the hotel , grocery shop too is closer .

The room was clean, ...

The room was clean, beautiful and the location was wonderful (and safe! ) The staff checked I and my sister in and addressed any questions and minor issues we had, and gave some great restaurant recommendations as well. Even the cleaning crew were pleasant! I'll definitely be coming back! The oooonly thing bad I can say about this hotel were that the mattresses weren't really up to par. They were creaky, and no padding on them whatsoever and I could feel the springs pressing onto my sides after a long day of enjoying Chicago. I hope next time they jump up just a liiitle more in mattress quality!~ That being said, my experience here as a whole, despite that, was very pleasant, and I do recommend that folks looking around for a hotel consider this quiet , happy hotel.
