Sinceramente esta en una ...

Sinceramente esta en una muy buena ubicación, tienes a 1 cuadra caminandoa estación Roseveelt (línea roja de metro) y frente al hotel sobre Av Michigan está una parada de autobus donde puedes conectar toda la ciudad. El lugar en general es lindo, pero debido a covid esta un poco descuidado el lobby y los exteriores. Las personas de la recepción sinceramente no tienen una buena atención, sigo sin recibir 3 semanas después mi reembolso por el deposito de USD 50. No puedes hacer check in antes.

The location is great. ...

The location is great. The limited staff that we met were friendly. The room was kind of clean. We saw old M&Ms under our bed. Who knows how long that has been there? The room has a decent view, but it's a bit out dated and aged. There is obvious wear and tear. The price is pretty affordable considering the location.

The staff was kind ...

The staff was kind and efficient except for valet, they were not reliable. The room was alright, but there were a few issues that were ignored by staff and our room was not cleaned during our stay.
