The shower was not ...

The shower was not working and although it was a quick fix, I was disappointed we had that little inconvenience the first morning. Because it was a known issue. If you know about, it should be fixed without having to ask.

Really like this Best ...

Really like this Best Western. Nothing fancy but rooms are very clean, daily room service, friendly and helpful staff. Worthy the price.

4 Nights​ here! for visit World​ Coffee​ Expo 2024 at McCormick​ Place good Location​ just 10 minute bus bus no.3 direct to McCormick​ bus stop right​ in front of Hotel Bakery Shop and Asian Restaurant​ at 1st floor with 10% Discount​ Hotel give us 10usd / night for Discount​ at Restaurant​ so room is fine not Standard​ Clean 4 fillow that's​ good bed is comfortable and soft good view from my room to city and Park valuable​ price compare others in this area

Not a bad hotel ...

Not a bad hotel on the budget, with my family we didn't go over ours. We were benefited from a free night and a free upgrade so that helped. I would still stay here, for the location being able to walk a lot of the places we wanted to go, and views were pretty solid, again for the price. The hotel could benefit from a deep clean/upgrades, but then the price would go up, not to mention it's Chicago, high traffic hotel, so I'll give grace. You can see the Willis and Navy Pier from the room if you get the right side. Would recommend more solo/buddy trips, but we did fine.
