4 stars only because ...

4 stars only because the room had no bathroom vent, no refrig, no microwave. We stayed in the room to sleep not bunker down in so it didn't matter for this trip however Those are the updates I would recommend. Other than that The room was great, updated, clean, smelled clean. No smoke no mildew. I would definately stay here again! The entire facility was extremely clean and the customer service was awesome. They were not only professional but very kind.

We had a great ...

We had a great reception from joseph at the front desk when we checked in. He was super helpful and gave us a lot of tips and ideas for things to do and places to eat in Chicago. The hotel was Nice and clean, breakfast was included and the location was great in the south loop. Could walk anywhere! It was a bit noisy in the hotel room from the Streets, but thats the only bad thing.

Deberían variar un poco ...

Deberían variar un poco el desayuno, ofrecer más opciones de jugos y el menú en general variarlo.
