Tracey from front desk is why my stay was excellent!! Please promote her to general manager!! She’s the definition of exceptional customer service means!! Every morning, she had a very bright smile on her face! It was contagious! It always made me smile regardless of my keys not working ever hour!! She answered all my questions abt different attractions and things to do! She really made my stay amazing! They hotel was very clean! Great location!!! Right behind Roosevelt train station! Highly recommend! All the staff was friendly and attentive! Thank you so much

This is a hotel, ...

This is a hotel, nothing too fancy but it's right near the Cta rail, and the metra system. If you ever come from out of state or vist from the neighboring area you could book a hotel their. I wouldn't personally to be honest the area is more of a college block so something is always going on. I like this place/ area beside the hotel it's a nice place to park up regather your thoughts before you decided if you really want to get a room in the best western hotel.
