Very clean room, helpful ...

Very clean room, helpful staff and a great price! We had a fantastic stay here. This hotel has a very friendly staff at the front desk and on the valet team. The room was super clean and the housekeeping staff were available in the hallway each morning and very helpful. We had no trouble getting clean towels and extra shampoo as needed. My only suggestion is they need more low carb and higher protein items at grab-and-go breakfast. However, there are two good breakfast restaurants less than a block away, if you need a more substantial breakfast.

We stayed at Best ...

We stayed at Best Western Grant Park for two nights. The front desk service was excellent and the staff seem genuinely willing to help. The location is great and rooms are comfortable and updated. Definitely would recommend this hotel, especially for those folks visiting and participating in typical tourist activities in Chicago
