The room was just ...

The room was just what I needed for my trip, but I came here to write a positive review for the excellent customer service I received by Isaac. Unfortunately I had to leave a business trip early, and Isaac helped me through the process with such kindness, politeness, and understanding. Thanks Best Western!

Great Chicago location. Short ...

Great Chicago location. Short walk to bus, train station, shopping, food, etc. Rooms are large for downtown Chicago. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Rates are great. Beds are little hard and pillows could be better, but for the rate we paid it was fine. There's a great place to park just a block and a half away and we got a great rate using Spothero.

Very happy with the ...

Very happy with the room and the staff were all very helpful. Tough time to visit Chicago with all the closing. Best Western staff had suggestions for our enjoyment.

The service here is ...

The service here is shocking--everyone is kind and the small things done (doors and elevators always opened for you, greetings every time, etc.) bring a whole new level of service! The room was smaller but expected in a city. The location was great and the room was clean. Don't bank on the free breakfast as it's pretty limited.
