The service here is ...

The service here is shocking--everyone is kind and the small things done (doors and elevators always opened for you, greetings every time, etc.) bring a whole new level of service! The room was smaller but expected in a city. The location was great and the room was clean. Don't bank on the free breakfast as it's pretty limited.

Altamente satisfactoria mi estadia ...

Altamente satisfactoria mi estadia en este Best Western ! Lo que se debe destacar ,es el gran compromiso con la calidad del servicio al pasajero de su personal. Quiero mencionar muy especialmente a la Srta Carolina Gamboa Supervisora de Hausekeeping ,quien hizo una demostración enorme de solidaridad e inmediata solución ,a el extravío por un olvido de mi parte, de unas joyas que representan un gran valor sentimental y familiar. Deseo que este comentario sirva para reconocer a las personas que como Carolina,nos hacen creer aun en el ser humano........ Muchas Gracias a todos los integrantes de este Hotel y sobre todo a Carolina Gamboa,quien ni siquiera me permitió entregarle un mínimo Tip para un refrigerio!!!
