Five star experience! We ...

Five star experience! We are Best Western Rewards Members and I have never been treated so well! My front desk experience was outstanding. I was upgraded upon arrival (without asking) and accommodated when I needed to extend my stay. Valet parking was great and the attendant was always quick and so very courteous. Breakfast at Mei's was lovely and the coupon at check-in was very appreciated. The bakery was also helpful when we needed a quick snack a couple of times. The hotel is very convenient to many attractions. Our room was spectacular with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and the park. There were many restaurants near by and even a Trader Joe's not far away. Overall, just a wonderful visit!

It all began with ...

It all began with a bad experience. For reasons unknown to me, booking date was incorrect and I was not scheduled to check in until tomorrow. Thankfully, the reception staff (Bernard ) went an extra mile to resolve my situation, rescheduled my booking, did not unreasonably increased my rate and was the key difference between a nightmare trip and a pleasant one. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Chicago.

Had a doctor's appointment ...

Had a doctor's appointment on Michigan Ave, wanted time to myself. I was able to nap and felt refreshed. I went to my appointment and had lunch. Came back to the room and read my book. Time to leave, it was nice.
