Not the nicest place I've ever stayed in but at that price the location can't be beat. Easy access to the lakefront parks, museum campus, Roosevelt station easily connects to the loop and beyond. I only spent the nighttime in the room but as a no frills home base for exploring the city it's ideal. I was on the top floor and the noise from the street below and the trains were understandably unavoidable. The occasional extremely loud car or motorcycle could be heard even from within the running shower. Earplugs and leaving the ac unit fan constantly on while sleeping is recommended to drown out the noise. If you're a very light sleeper or picky about amenities I wouldn't recommend. But for those who have grown out of the hostel life you'll be comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very nice 3-star hotel. Room is cozy and quiet. Great location since we could walk to the museum campus or to Cloud gate. Parking fee is high but we were able to find a cheap spot at a self-parking facility close-by.

This is a pleasant and well-maintained property, and overall, it offers a comfortable stay. However, the current room configuration warrants reconsideration. Placing two queen-sized beds in such a limited space significantly reduces mobility and comfort. A layout better aligned with the room’s dimensions would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Great location with access to bus/train stations, and plenty of restaurants and cafes at a walking distance from the hotel. Shedd aquarium, adler planetarium, field museum are all walking distance, so if you want to enjoy a walk in the park while visiting, definitely worth it. They offer a 10% discount at Paris Baguette which was convenient for breakfast and coffee! Some amenities could be improved, like they didn't have any disposable utensils available... Overall the rooms were great and housekeeping services ensure daily upkeep of the room.
