Excellent value for money

We stayed here because it seemed to be well situated. It was; close to the city centre but also to bus tops and train lines. Staff were friendly, rooms clean; breakfast in the collocated restaurant good. We came away delighted with our choice and very pleased with a modest bill for a six day stay

Grest service, excellent location, amazing staff

We had an overnight stay and due to AMTRAK we arrived more than 3 hours late. I called. TRACY greeted us warmly. The room was perfectly clean. Because we had a late departure we were able to place our luggage in a locked, secure storage. Wonderful stay and value. Breakfast was fine

Close to United Center

Hotel was fine. Went to a BTS concert at United Center with my daughter. Only took about ten minutes to get to United Center. Hotel could use a remodel, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parked around the corner on Wabash for $23 for 24 hours which was way cheaper than the hotel parking ($52). Plus it was nice because the parking was in/out. Would stay here again if we go to another event at United Center

But further out but you pay for what you get!

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights while visiting Chicago. The hotel wasn’t anything fancy but suited our needs perfectly. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I was also able to check in early after arriving on an early international flight which I really appreciated! It’s a bit further out from the main sights (approx 20 min walk to the Bean/Millenium Park) but that also meant it was quieter, which we appreciated. The staff were also helpful in giving restaurant recommendations - Lou Malnati’s was a great tip! We would definitely stay here again if returning to the city
